Once you have mastered the necessary techniques for creating delicious pastry dough we will apply them to both sweet and savory dishes. You will make a galette appetizer, small quiche Lorraine, and apple tart. Add a green salad and you have a bistro dinner for two. Be certain to bring Tupperware so you can transport your treasures safely.  Spaces are limited so register early. Cost $25

Return Registration form to the church office via mail, drop by the office or sign up in back of church.  Everyone (adults only please) must register for the class.  Cost of the class is $25 per person and limited to 16 participants.  Deadline for registration is Monday, January 23, 2012 by noon.
