Memorial Players presents Oliver!

Date:
Repeats every day until Sat Feb 11 2012 .
Time:
7:30 p.m.

Please, sir, I want some more!   The Memorial Players are going to put on an outstanding production of Oliver! in February but we can't do it without more help!
The dates for the show are Feb 3, 4, 5 and 10, 11, 12, so mark your calendars. There
are many opportunities to help and also to enjoy the show.

Epiphany Potluck, Service, and Stage Raising
You are invited to an Epiphany Potluck, Service of Light, and Blessing of the Stage,
on Friday, January 6th.

Bring the whole family to a Memorial potluck beginning at 6 pm sharp with a service at 6:45 pm.  The service will involve lots of candlelight, Christmas and Epiphany hymns, and include a blessing of the stage.  Following the service, all hands are needed to bring the stage into the church from the garage so that all will be ready to go for the construction of the stage on January 8th.On Sunday, January 8th after church services we will construct the stage.  Please come and participate in this small miracle!

Ushers and Concessions
If you would like to usher or help support the concession stand (either by staffing
or providing yummy treats), please contact Julie Modlin (juliemodlin@yahoo.com).

Receptions
As for past shows, gracious neighbors in Bolton Hill are hosting fundraising receptions before the shows. If you would like to attend a reception before the show, you can reserve space online at www.memorialplayers.org  under "Receptions".
When you purchase a reception ticket, you are given priority seating for the
performance.  Great food. Great food. Great seats.

Donations
If you can not make it to the show and would still like to support the show, you can also make donations on the website.  You can make a direct donation on "Receptions" page and this year, there is also an opportunity to support a cast member with "Break-a-Leg" wishes.  For $20, you can write a 20 word wish that will be included in the program.  You can pay through the website and then email your twenty words to Ginny Perkins, virginiaperkins@mac.com.  Or you can pay via check to Memorial Episcopal Church with Oliver! in the memo line.
